WhatsApp Messages in Labor Disputes
Many workplaces are managed via a WhatsApp group: shift scheduling, overtime, notices of changes, and sometimes even terminations.
In labor disputes, chats with the manager and team WhatsApp groups frequently document working hours, instructions, payments, and notices of termination. Nispach turns the export file into a paginated PDF, filtered to the relevant dates and senders, with a cover page and a SHA-256 hash of the source file. This is suitable for both employees and employers, and for the lawyers of both parties. Processing takes place in the browser, and the chat is never uploaded to any server.
What to look for in a work chat
- Shift schedules and changes to them.
- Work instructions and requests to work overtime.
- Conversations about wages, pay slips, reimbursements, and payments.
- Notices of hearings, termination, or resignation, with the exact date and time.
Large group, few senders
A work group sometimes has dozens of participants and thousands of messages. Filter by the relevant senders, for example, the manager and the employee, and by the date range. The cover page details which participants and range were included, making it clear that this is an excerpt from a larger group.
Chat from the employee's phone
Exporting the chat is done from the phone where it is stored. If the phone belongs to the employer or access to the group might be blocked, it is advisable to export early and save the original file. How to export: Exporting from iPhone and Android.
The Labor Court and Net HaMishpat
Before filing, it is advisable to check the Labor Court's current guidelines regarding the attachment of documents. When the appendix is expected to exceed the Net HaMishpat size limit, Nispach splits it into numbered parts. See The 30MB limit.

FAQ
Is the system also suitable for employers?
Yes. The system prepares an appendix from any export file, for any party to the proceeding and their lawyers.
Is it possible to file only the manager's messages?
It is possible to filter by senders, but sometimes the full context is important. It is advisable to consult with the lawyer regarding the range and senders to be filed.
What about voice messages from the manager?
Voice messages appear in the media index with the file name and time. Their transcription, if required, is done separately.
