WhatsApp export → court appendix · Hebrew · Arabic · English

A WhatsApp chat ready for court, in Hebrew and Arabic.

Upload the export file, choose the dates and participants, and get a numbered PDF with a verification hash, under 30MB for Net HaMishpat.

.zip or .txt in · numbered PDF out · processed in your browser · the chat is never uploaded

An appendix cover sheet titled Appendix A with a SHA-256 hash line, beside a numbered PDF page of WhatsApp messages: Hebrew bubbles aligned right, mixed with English words, times and amounts in shekels, each page numbered.

Screenshots, pasted one by one into a Word file

  • English-only export tools break Hebrew and Arabic: bubbles flip to the wrong side, punctuation jumps to the start of the line, and a line mixing Hebrew with a phone number or an amount comes out scrambled.
  • So the appendix is built by hand: screenshot after screenshot, pasted into a document, numbered, captioned, re-done when the dates change.
  • Net HaMishpat caps each uploaded file at 30MB. A chat with photos and voice notes passes that long before it ends.
  • A two-year chat has thousands of messages. The pleading needs three weeks of them, from two people.

How it works

Three steps, and no screenshots

1

Drop in the export

The .zip or .txt that WhatsApp produces from "Export chat", on iPhone or Android, with or without media. Nothing to install.

2

Filter

Choose a date range and the participants that matter. Hide system lines, keep or drop media, and see the page count and file size update as you go.

3

Download the appendix

A numbered PDF with an appendix label on every page, a cover page carrying the SHA-256 hash of the source export, and an index of media. Split automatically if it would pass 30MB.

Right-to-left done right

Hebrew and Arabic bubbles sit on the correct side, and mixed lines keep English words, phone numbers, times and amounts in order.

Dates and senders

Filter by date range and sender. The cover page states exactly which range and participants the appendix contains.

Appendix labels and page numbers

Your appendix label (נספח א', ملحق 1, Appendix A) and running page numbers on every page, plus a cover page.

SHA-256 on the cover

The cover page records the SHA-256 hash of the original export file, so anyone can check that the source has not changed since.

Media index

Photos appear as thumbnails in place; voice notes, videos and documents are listed in an index with their file names and times.

Under 30MB, automatically

When the output would pass Net HaMishpat's 30MB limit, it is split into numbered parts at a page break, each under the limit.

Processed in your browser

The export is read and the PDF is built on your own computer. The chat is never uploaded to a server.

Supported exports

Every WhatsApp export, as it comes off the phone

No conversion step. Drop in the file exactly as WhatsApp produced it.

ZIP

iPhone export with media

"Export Chat" → "Attach Media". The chat text plus photos, voice notes, videos and documents in one ZIP.

ZIP / TXT

iPhone export without media

"Export Chat" → "Without Media". Text only; media lines are kept as placeholders with their times.

ZIP

Android export with media

"More" → "Export chat" → "Include media". Read in the date format your phone used.

TXT

Android export without media

"Export chat" → "Without media". The plain text file, in any of the phone's date and time formats.

Client chats are privileged and personal. Nispach reads the export and builds the PDF inside your browser, on your own computer. The chat is not uploaded, not stored on a server and not used for anything else. Close the tab and nothing remains with us.

Questions

How do I print WhatsApp chats for court?

Export the chat from the phone ("Export chat"), drop the file into Nispach, choose the dates and participants, and download a numbered PDF with an appendix label and a cover page. It is ready to attach to the pleading or upload to Net HaMishpat, without screenshots.

How do I export a WhatsApp chat to PDF in Hebrew?

WhatsApp itself exports only a .txt or .zip. Nispach turns that file into a PDF with the Hebrew laid out right-to-left, bubbles on the correct side, and mixed English words and numbers in the right order.

Is a WhatsApp chat admissible as evidence?

WhatsApp messages are commonly submitted in Israeli courts, but whether a particular chat is admitted, and what weight it gets, is for the court to decide, usually on the lawyer's arguments and supporting affidavit. Nispach prepares a clear, complete and verifiable document; it does not guarantee admissibility, and it is not legal advice.

How do I submit WhatsApp chats as an appendix?

Set the appendix label (for example נספח א') and Nispach puts it on the cover and on every page, with running page numbers. Attach the PDF to the pleading or affidavit as you would any other appendix.

What about Net HaMishpat's 30MB limit?

When the PDF would pass 30MB, Nispach splits it into numbered parts at page breaks, each under the limit, and states the part numbers on each cover. You can also drop media to keep a long chat in one file.

Does it handle Arabic chats?

Yes. Arabic is laid out right-to-left with correct letter joining, and chats that mix Arabic, Hebrew and English keep each run in order.

What is the SHA-256 hash on the cover page?

A fingerprint of the original export file. If even one character of the export changes, the hash changes. Anyone holding the original file can recompute it and confirm the appendix was built from that exact file.

Is the chat uploaded anywhere?

No. The export is processed in your browser, on your computer. Nothing from the chat is sent to our servers.
